In the periods marked with * : the shortest stay is 7 nights, arrival and departure only on Saturdays.
In the periods marked with ** : the shortest stay is 5 nights during new year. No arrivals 24.12. and 31.12.06.
Free: end of stay cleaning, heating and water, cable TV and PREMIERE TV for all apartments, bakery service, when pre-ordered - baby cot, baby chair, baby bath, certain programs (offered only during particular times of the year), underground garage (except for apartment type P).

Extra charges: Visitors tax, requested extra equipment (sheets & pillows -> per set EUR 6,-, towel / bath towel EUR 3,-, pets EUR 6,-/dag, underground garage EUR 2,50 / day).
